Delivery Start to Final Reach

Order Confirmation & Advance Payment:

Once you confirm your order, simply provide us with a 30% advance payment. Upon receiving your payment, our production team will kickstart the production process and get to work on fulfilling your order.

Work-in-Progress Updates:

Throughout the production process, we'll keep you updated by sharing regular photo updates showcasing the progress of your furniture.

Finishing Approval:

Before finalizing your products, we'll share pictures of the finished items with you for your approval. If you've specified particular finishes, we'll ensure to get your approval before proceeding.

Packaging & Stuffing Preparation:

Once your products are ready for shipment, we'll provide photo updates of the packaging process to keep you in the loop. As the scheduled stuffing date approaches, we'll ask you to arrange for an empty container via your agent.

Final Reach:

We'll share pictures of the stuffing process with you to keep you informed every step of the way. Once the container is stuffed, we'll request the remaining balance payment. Upon receiving your final payment, we'll hand over all original documents, enabling you to take possession of the container.

Payment Process

Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required along with the order confirmation to initiate the production process and secure your order.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due after the container is stuffed and ready for shipment. Simply make the final payment against a scan copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL).

Replacement Process

Warranty Coverage: We offer a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. In the rare event that a product is found faulty, we’ll provide a new replacement product in your next container at no additional cost.
